Annual Statement of Rates - ASR of properties in Maharashtra is prepared by Stamps and Registration Department of Maharashtra State. These are prepared for assessing True Market Value of the properties for the purpose of stamp duty.

This ASR is available through Web Application “e-ASR” on the website: www.igrmaharashtra.gov.in
