Public Tender Notice

Inspector General of Registration & Controller of Stamps, MaharashtraState, Pune invites tenders in sealed envelops for supply of computer hardware and services on B.O.T basis, thereof in 522 offices all over Maharashtra . The Tenders are being called Divisionwise i.e.

 

(i) Mumbai (ii) Thane (iii) Pune (iv) Nashik

(v)Aurangabad(vi) Latur (vii) Amravati (viii) Nagpur

 

as per the schedule given below :

Service Provider to :

1) Provide, install hardware & software  upto desired specifications

2) Maintain it for the contract period

3) Provide furniture as per standard design for all offices of the Registration Department

4) Provide manpower for data entry and scanning at each of the SRO’s & Data Centre.

5) Establish internet connectivity at all  SROs & maintain it.

6) Provide Data Centre hardware and software for data storage.

7)Manage database and preserve scanned images in orderly

8) Provide specifically designed CD racks to the SRO’s, JDR, DIG and IGR Office etc

The quotation of rates per page for the above should be submitted. The prescribed Tender Form is published in Government of Maharashtra   Gazette dated 12/06/2008. Such Tender Forms will also be available on all working days (except holidays)  between 10.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m. from dt. 12/06/2008 to dt. 1/07/2008 &  on the last day i.e.dt. 02/07/2008  from 10.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.on payment of Rs.5,000/-(non-refundable) in the office of the Assistant Inspector General of Registration and Desk Officer No.7, New Administrative Building, Ground Floor, Opp. Council Hall, Pune-411 001. Instructions as well as Terms and Conditions are laid down in the Tender Document.

 

            Pre bid meeting will be held on 21/06/2008 at 11.00 a.m. at the above mentioned address

 

            Sealed Tenders will be accepted at above address. Last date of submission of sealed Tender will be dt.02/07/2008 up to 3.30 p.m. The Sealed Tenders will be opened in the Office of the Inspector General of Registration, New Administrative Building , Ground Floor, Opp. Council Hall, Pune-411 001. The schedule for opening of the technical envelope of the tender will be as follows :

 

(i)         Amravati Division                                 on 02/07/2008 at   4.00 p.m.

(ii)        Mumbai, Thane, Aurangabad ,               on 03/07/2008 at   11.00 a.m

(iii)       Pune, Nashik, Latur                              on  04/07/2008 at  11.00 a.m.

            and Nagpur
