Government of Maharashtra Registration and Stamps Department Public Tender Notice Inspector General of Registration & Controller of Stamps, Maharashtra State, Pune on behalf of Governor of Maharashtra invites Tenders in sealed envelops for Scanning of Documents at Government Photo Registry, Pune. The documents have to be scanned, indexed and archived as per the schedule given below:-

The quotation of rates per page should be submitted. Tender Forms will be available for sale on all working days (except Saturday-Sunday) between 10.30 to 5.30 from 02.05.2002 to 27.05.2002 for Rs.5,000/- (non-refundable) (in the form of D.D. in favour of Administrative Officer, Government Photo Registry, Pune or in cash) in the Office of the Administrative Officer at Government Photo Registry, 5, Finance Road, Pune-1.

No exemption will be given for Earnest Money Deposit to any agency including S.S.I. unit.

Sealed envelopes will be accepted at the above address. Last date for submission of sealed envelopes will be 30.05.2002 upto 5.00 p.m. The Technical envelopes will be opened in the Office of the Inspector General of Registration, Ground Floor, New Administrative Building, Opp. Council Hall, Pune-1 on 31.05.2002 at 11.00 a.m.
